What is Summer Camp?
Students entering 6th–12th grade are invited to join our YTH August 17–20 at Lake Ann Camp & Retreat Center for four days focused on growing closer to God, building community, and creating unforgettable memories. Summer Camp is an opportunity for students to step away from the distractions of everyday life and intentionally turn their hearts and attention toward Jesus as we expect Him to move in powerful ways.

Where?
Summer Camp takes place at the beautiful Lake Ann Camp & Retreat Center in Northern Michigan, just minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Surrounded by forests, lakes, and wide-open space, camp gives students the chance to step away from the noise and distractions of everyday life and fully lean into what God wants to do in their hearts. This Summer Camp is designed to create space for students to grow closer to Jesus and each other in a meaningful and memorable way.

Lodging
Students will stay in camp cabins separated by grade and gender. Trusted YTH leaders will be staying in each cabin to help create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment all week long. From late-night laughs to meaningful conversations and unforgettable memories, cabin life is always one of the best parts of camp.
Cabin assignments will be finalized after registration closes on July 27 so we can make sure every student has the best possible experience.

Activities
Get ready for four days packed with adventure, competition, laughter, and moments your student will be talking about long after camp ends. We’ll kick off the week with a trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, where students will experience some of the most beautiful views in Michigan and spend time together exploring the dunes and lakeshore.
Throughout the week, students will compete in an all-camp Survivor-themed experience filled with team challenges, games, strategy, and surprises around every corner. No two days will feel the same, and students should come ready to compete, connect, and make unforgettable memories with their team.
Each day will also include waterfront time at camp featuring swimming, beach games, and a giant blob. And while we can’t give everything away yet… there are a few surprise moments, activities, and unexpected experiences planned that students definitely won’t want to miss.

Drop-off/Pick-up Instructions
Drop-off for Summer Camp will take place at the church on Monday morning. During check-in, students will receive their camp t-shirt, cabin map, lanyard, and camp bag. We will also eat breakfast together at the church and pack sandwiches to take for lunch at Sleeping Bear Dunes before departing. After check-in is complete, students will load their luggage into their assigned cars with leaders. Please try to arrive by 7:30 AM to give enough time for students to load cars, eat breakfast and pack lunches. We will be departing by 8:30 AM.
Pick-up will take place at the church at approximately 3:30 PM on Thursday. If there are any changes to timing due to travel or stops, updates will be communicated promptly so families know exactly when to expect arrival. Please try to arrive at the church by 3:30 PM and ready to pickup your child.
